Australia Pacific LNG CEO, Page Maxson, has announced his intention to retire in February 2017, after successfully guiding Australia Pacific LNG from project concept through construction to commercial production.
Page was appointed CEO in 2010, and under his direction helped shape a new global export industry for Queensland and played a key role in catapulting Australia to the forefront of international energy supply.
ConocoPhillips President Australia East, Warwick King, will take over as Australia Pacific LNG CEO in February. Warwick (pictured above left) has been leading ConocoPhillips’ efforts for the LNG Facility operation since 2011 as the company’s President of Australia East.
Prior to his arrival in Australia, he has held key oil industry project management, production and development roles in Scotland, the North Sea, Houston and Russia.
